[IUG] more on network and spine labels
[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]
Thanks for the responses on networking and my spine label issue. Actually
got a call back from Innovative yesterday following my posting (yes, they
really do review this list LOL!) and we tried some things. The basic
issue has to be at the network level since I can't even get a print
preview nor can I print to pdf (which would take away any murkiness with
printer drivers and such).
They did try putting in a generic IP for the server (to see if our network
would just resolve to whatever IP it thinks it wants) but still no preview
or pdf. Since it works with iii staff on their side of the firewall, my
uneducated guess at this point is that it is failing on the return from
the server to my side.
They've passed it along to a tech and I'm hoping someone figures out a
solution. There's probably some other firewall port that needs to be
opened (don't get me started on that can o' worms!).
