[IUG] IUG 2010 is Just Days Away!

Hi Everyone -

Just want to keep you updated on recent information that has been posted to our website regarding IUG 2010... only 13 days away!

We have a new Program at a Glance guide (in both color and black & white) available for viewing, printing, and/or downloading.  You will be receiving a color guide at the conference, so please do not feel obligated to print this.

Also available... many of our program coordinators have been uploading their presentation files over the past few weeks to help assist in your conference preparations.  Presenters are pretty busy right now and trying to wrap up their work; not all of them will have supplementary files.  To access existing files, you will need to use your MyIUG login.  Handouts of individual sessions will not be presented at the conference, so please be sure to plan accordingly.

** Click on "Presentations and Authors" where you can search for programs and access session descriptions and any supplementary files that the presenter has provided; you'll see an icon on the far right to indicate whether or not a file is attached to the program description.

Keep an eye on our website; we will continue to post new items of interest as we get closer and closer to April 18th!  Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
