Good afternoon! We've seen that problem before and it took us forever
to be able to replicate it, but we did and then we reported it to III
and they fixed it! I don't remember what the cause of the problem was
in the end, though??? My suggestion would be to try to catch it in
action. If I remember correctly, we caught it by doing the same search
and then selecting the same results page and the same number on the
results page (or the same title, actually). In our example, it was on
the 9th results page (or some high number) and everything after that
point was off by one (we would click on a title and get the record for
the next title)... Again, III had to fix it for us!

I just spoke with a patron who claims that when choosing from the
keyword
browse display, their selection was always off by one. As they moved
deeper
into the list the titles were off by even more. They assured me that
they
were not using the browser buttons.
