Hello All,

We are getting closer to the IUG conference and we are still looking for
Forum Recorder volunteers to fill the empty slots "about 22 openings left".

We need two forum recorders for each of the sessions listed here:
http://www.innovativeusers.org/iug-2010-forum-recorders

Responsibilities:

* Contact the Program Coordinator and introduce yourself, by email in
advance or in person at the conference, Make sure you know how to contact
each other.
* Attend the forum you volunteer to cover.
* Take notes, including an estimate of the number of people at the
session.
Prepare a 1-2 page summary of the forum with your partner.
* Send your draft summary to the Program Coordinator to review.
Submit the summary to Mohamed Ragheb by May 31, 2010.

To sign up, please email me offline (mohamed dot ragheb at wadsworthlibrary dot com)
Include the program number and title of the forum you're interested in
recording. If possible, list one or two alternates you'd be willing to cover
if your first choice is already taken.
