I got my definition from OCLC:
#Sage eReference
Title Sage eReference
URL http://sage-ereference.com
Domain sage-ereference.com
IncludeFile sage.txt
It requires that you download the sage.txt file into the same directory as your config.txt file. The file contains references for all the Sage journals we subscribe to.
You can get the file at
http://www.oclc.org/support/documentation/ezproxy/db/sage.txt
I keep the URL in the config.txt file so I remember to check for updates at least once a year.

Subject: [IUG] Proxy access to Journal of School Nursing on Sage
Greetings List Participants:
I'm looking for some assistance with configuring the Proxy server to provide off-campus access to the Journal of School Nursing on Sage. Other journals may be having issues as well but I know this one is the faculty have reported to me.. We are able to access from on-campus with no problems. Off-campus users are being asked to pay. Sage has verified that they have the correct IP range in our account.
For IP Address in the table I have : *sagepub.com
Port : 80
The following settings are the same for most of our entries but I'm adding so you are aware of what we have in those fields.
Service Level: 0
Verify: 3
Patron Types: 0-2,5,7,9
Although the URL in the browser when we access these resources is sagepub.com it's hosted by Highwire. Do I need to add an entry for highwire in the table? Any other ideas?
Thanks.
Barbara
