We're hearing an increasing chorus of patrons anxious for us to allow them
the use of iPhone & other smart phone applications like CardStar
http://www.mycardstar.com/ to store their library card barcodes.
Personally, I'm against it & think that library cards should be viewed more
like credit cards than grocery store discount cards or ways to earn points
for free DVD rentals, but there does seem to be a growing interest in their
use.  Has anyone else given it some thought or might already acitvely be
using them?  I don't have an iPhone, or I would have tested it myself.
