Hello John,
Saskatoon Public Library is a member of a newly formed consortium here in Saskatchewan, Canada. We're very interested in multiple ecommerce accounts. Would you mind sharing your information with us, too?
Thanks very much,Cinda Romuldietz, Manager IT Services

Subject: Re: [IUG] Fines Paid Report with Multiple Ecommerce AccountsHi Sarah,
we do this. Patrons pay through external OPAC, in house OPAC and Express
Lane. The ones in the buildings are pretty straight forward based on
Locations Served I believe. The ones from outside make it very
complicated. I believe CCRLS has been lobbying for improved reporting on
this since long before my time. Our process uses Fines Paid and is an very
involved process. I'll try to get something together to send to you off
list with more detail.
