Hi Sarah,

we do this. Patrons pay through external OPAC, in house OPAC and Express
Lane. The ones in the buildings are pretty straight forward based on
Locations Served I believe. The ones from outside make it very
complicated. I believe CCRLS has been lobbying for improved reporting on
this since long before my time. Our process uses Fines Paid and is an very
involved process. I'll try to get something together to send to you off
list with more detail.
