[IUG] Have to start Millennium 3 times

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem.

We are on release

And using millennium clients of 1.5 and 1.6.

What is happening is my staff have to start millennium 2-4 times before it actually starts and loads.

I've tried upgrading to the latest java, but that didn't help.

Anyone have any ideas?  Please let me know.
