We are outputting MHFD from III to OCLC. We purchased an output profile
and had it set up to do this. The caveat is that we are mapping the
85x/86x pairs to the format required by OCLC for Local Holdings. You can
find the details of OCLC's format requirements on their site.

Libraries that batch output holdings data to OCLC often do this.
On this topic (that we've never had enough time for!): can anyone
confirm whether they are outputting MARC Format Holdings Data (MFHD)
from III to OCLC?
In effect, can III 85x/86x pairs of holdings data be output, for batch
uploading to OCLC ?
If so, how exactly?

I believe that the standard marc out setup does not
include data from checkin records. Just item and order.

then setup a marcout profile for checkin record holdings data.
Libraries that batch output holdings data to OCLC often do this.
As I remember, modifying marcout is not part of the standard load
profile training or menus.

Hi,
I've run into a snag with something I'm trying to do with exporting
our holdings using millennium's "output marc records using FTP"
functionality.
I'm trying to output from a review list and nab the "lib has"
information, which happens to be stored in a holdings record.
Does anyone know how I might be able to output this data?
Thanks,
Lee
