[IUG] ILL not working

Subject: [IUG] ILL not working

Hello All,

Recently we have many staff that wants to do ILL, but they are not able to.
ILL is limited to faculty only and we had to change this one staff's permission to faculty.
Which I hate, I checked the loan rules, but did not see a place where I can modify who can checkout ILL?

Has anyone ran into this issue before or knows the answer?
I would really appreciate it.
