Instead of using the output marc function, have you tried doing it through the Export function in create lists? When you have a file of checkin records, the export function does list "lib has" as one of the fields to export.

hope this helps...As one of our colleagues mentioned, editing the output marc table wasn't included in load table training. I recently had to have Triple I edit ours.
