- Subject: [IUG] Applying a template to an existing record
Good afternoon,
I was hoping someone might be able to help me with a cataloging question regarding applying a created template in Millennium. I am new to Millennium but was hoping to create a template of certain fields required when cataloging e-books. I created the template but cannot figure out how to apply the template to a record that has been exported from OCLC. I see it can be added when starting a new record but I want to change an existing record and wanted to use the template to decrease work time while maintaining consistent. Does anyone know if this is possible and could possibly share a solution? I log into the serials module-if that sheds any additional light onto the situation. I have applied templates before using the Ex Libris system Aleph.
Any information/help would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Ali Larsen
