Thanks to all who responded. It turned out that the IMF didn't get the
IP for the proxy server. They do now and everything is working. :)

Do you have International financial statistics online III proxied?  We
have a problem connecting to it via proxy (using proxy rewrite method).
We know some may have to deal with pop-blocker, however our issue is
that we are being directed to a login page rather than the actual IMF
browser.

Have you dealt with this issue as well or do you know how to fix it?
