Hi Glenn,

It looks like you are missing subfield |u before http. Instead of this:

856 41 http://www.ithaka.org/ithaka-s-r/research/documents-for-a-
       digital-democracy/
       Documents%20for%20a%20Digital%20Democracy.pdf |zConnect to
       this resource.


If should look like:

856 41 |uhttp://www.ithaka.org/ithaka-s-r/research/documents-for-a-
       digital-democracy/
       Documents%20for%20a%20Digital%20Democracy.pdf |zConnect to
       this resource.

If you insert the |u it should work properly.
