[IUG] Book Cart Requesting in WebPac

Does anyone know why the list of books placed in the book cart in WebPac
Pro would not display even when the user has no items on hold?  It is an
intermittent issue.  Sometimes it displays the books in the table after
entering the patron barcode and PIN, other times the table is not there.
There is no scroll bar in the browser to scroll down and see if there is
a table.

 

It does not seem to matter if you have reached the maximum holds allowed
or not.  I'm using IE8 set to compatible view.  I also tried it in
Firefox where the same thing happens - no list of titles displays.  

 

We are not using My List or allowing exporting of the list.  We just use
it to request multiple titles at once which we have been doing for about
6 years.  The issue to my knowledge has just recently come up.  

 

Any suggestions?
