It's probably related to the fact that your WAM authentication screens contain multiple html and head tags and their respective content (javascript, style sheets, meta tags, etc.).

Try cleaning that up by fixing the combination of your pverify2_web.html file and your INSERTTAG_HTML, INSERTTAG_INHEAD and TOPLOGO wwwoptions and see if the problems go away.
