[IUG] Release 2009A 1.1 - Windows Security Alert

We had the 1.1 patch installed this morning, and now, when starting Millennium, we get a 'Windows Security Alert' regarding the 'LaunchAnywhere GUI'.   We have just said 'OK' and proceeded, it doesn't seem to actually affect Millennium at all.  I have an open call with III about this, but I wondered if anyone else who's had 2009A 1.1 installed is seeing this.
