No unfortunately ON the expiration date
	1) NO Database usage is allowed
	2) ALL Circulation (including in-house) requires Over-rides

We encounter the SAME problems and we extend the expiration date on a case by case basis
to accommodate our patrons and it is a pain.

We made an enhancement request (#1260 in Mantis) to allow database use through the end of the day.
You can log in to Mantis and add a note of support. Perhaps that will help it for the next
round. It didn't make the ballot this last round.

We set our student expiration dates to be the last day of the semester, for
instance 5/21/09.  But this seems to restrict them from accessing databases
off campus through our EZ-Proxy on today 5/21/09 (they are still students
today).  

 

Is there a way to set it to be active at midnight of the date, versus all
that day?  We want to maintain the last day of the semester as a cut off for
checkouts and use their expiration date in that fashion.  I do not want them
to have access on 5/22/09 as we are no longer in a semester schedule.
