[IUG] Patron email notification problem

Hello-

I have a patron who has suddenly quit receiving email notices from us.  She 
has an MSN account.

We
email courtesy reminders as well as hold and overdue notices.  She is
not receiving any notices but has been previously.  The only change WE
have made in our notice procedure is that we started using Millennium
for notices.

Yesterday I created "dummy" holds for her and sent
one using Millennium and one using the text-based version.  She didn't
receive either one and nothing was in her spam filter.

I am stumped so thought I would turn to the greater wisdom of this group 
for suggestions!
