Only time we saw anything like this it was a permissions issues with the login used on the machine.  A student has logged in who did not have the permission on the circulation PC, after logging in with the correct user we were fine.

Today while creating new patrons we can go through the entire template and create the record and even check items out to them if we do not close the record after its creation but if we want to go back to that patron record it does not exist.  Has anyone else had this problem?
