Hi Lien-Tai,

The file you import needs to be a text file with the # sign in front of the OCLC record number. In connection click on Batch, then Enter Bibliographic Search Key, then Import, find your text file and open it. You'll be asked if you want to delete your original import file - I don't. Once the file is imported you should be okay to batch load as you would individually load searches. Hope this helps

I have never done this before, and I looked through the OCLC Connexion client's "Help", still, very confused. I need help.

What I would like to do is to batch download a file of bibs using OCLC Connexion client searching a file of OCLC numbers locally prepared. I would be very appreciated if anyone knows how to do it and would not mind sharing your step by step procedure with me.

Thanks for your help
