Field labels for WebPAC displays are controlled with the webpub.def file;  yours has this:

b|i|028|-6|Music #||b|

Just change the label to whatever you want.

Field names that display in Mill clients can be changed by Innovative, or by anyone in-house who's had Advanced System Access and Administration training.
