[IUG] Staff Mode (My Millennium) in WebCat Pro

Folks,

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts as to why we are unable to login to 
Staff Mode (href=/patroninfo) in our LIVE environment in WebCat Pro. It 
works in STAGING. 

When I compare the Staff and My Millennium web options everything seems to 
be the same. The correct ptype is entered for the STAFF web option. We are 
also using the same pverify_web.html and patronview_web.html in both 
staging and live. I've restarted and kicked the thing, but nothing. I 
offered it some TARP funds and it took the money. And it still didn't 
work! Imagine that!

I suspect I've done some little thing wrong and can't see it. If others 
have had a similar problem and had an "oh yeah" moment please let me know 
what you did.
