Hi Ann,
I was able to customize our hold slip with a print template edited in
iReport. (Finally, hold notes on the hold slip!)

Hopefully all the information you need is there. I did it a few months
ago, so it's not super fresh in my mind, but I could try and answer any
questions you have.

Good Day,
We use the Automatic Checkout feature so that when and item comes into a
site it is checked in and if it has a hold it is immediately checked out
and sent on to the user (No hold self - everything is sent is the
default). ON occasion a user will put in special handling instructions
for an items sending it to an alternate location is commen. THat
information is not printed out on the slip. When the item is checked in
there is an option for printing a slip. Do whe have any control of what
is on that slip? And has anyone intercepted the slip and added
information to it? Any hints at all.
We are currently on 2007.
Thanks for any suggestions you might have.
