You may want to check with your IT department. A bit over a year ago we
had the same symptoms that you describe. It turns out that our IT
department had made changes to the firewall so that email had to come
from their servers.

Subject: [IUG] Library notices e-mail problem

While Innovative is trying to help us with this, because it's urgent I
thought I'd ask here if anybody can help.

A week or so ago, we began having a problem where no notices are getting
e-mailed, no matter whether they're auto or non-auto notices, and it
applies to everything--overdues, holds, courtesy, recalls. The setup
looks right, I hit "Prepare," it shows me the queue, I tell it to e-mail
them, it seems to do so and then asks if I want to clear the queue,
etc.--in short, everything looks quite normal. But nobody gets any
notices.

We'd had no trouble until one day I tried to set up all our notices at
auto notices. That's the point at which they stopped getting delivered.
However, I put the setting back just as they had been (I think), but
still they aren't working. What puzzles me even more is not even
courtesy notices are reaching people, and those were always auto notices
so I didn't touch those settings.

Any ideas?
