[IUG] LOC wwwoption question

We are currently looking at setting up the LOC wwwoption in our catalog,
but would prefer if it would open in a new window.  So far, I've had no
luck so far finding this in the manual or on the listserv archives.  I
am sure I am overlooking something, but would greatly appreciate the
assistance. Can anyone tell me where to look or if this is possible?
