Re: [IUG] Create Lists initials and dates change

Here we included the create date & creator's initials in the name of the
review file. The problem you cite is probably the reason we do it.
Perhaps you were doing it that way before your last upgrade?

Subject: [IUG] Create Lists initials and dates change

We've noticed recently that if one of us works on a Create Lists review
file that was created by someone else, the initials change from the
person who created it to the person who is working on it. For instance,
if I sort or export a file that John Smith created, it now shows my
initials and not John's. In addition, the date changes to today's date.
Now we don't know who created which list. Also, because we don't know
the creation date, it's hard to know if recent records are included in a
list. We're doing all of this in Millennium.

When I reported this problem to Innovative, they said that Create Lists
has always behaved this way. We don't ever remember it doing this
before. Are we going crazy?
