Thanks Andrew. I changed the values to zero and the More Resources no longer shows. Not the most elegant solution but workable. Still curious to find out what's actually supposed to go in the More Resources area and how to get info there.

Yes, setting the first value of RIGHT_CELL_WIDTH to 0 should take care
of it (it will still be there when you View Source, but it won't take up
screen width). The second value of RIGHT_CELL_WIDTH controls the
resourcetable width on your bib display.
