Hi Sue,

We've been using Google Analytics for Encore 2.0 for several months.  
Your assumptions are correct about the general information.  The only 
way to get data on actual searches and keywords would be to look at the 
URLs.  For example, Google Analytics will list the URLs for the top 
pages viewed; included in that list will be the things like this:  
/iii/encore/record/C%7CRb3017712%7CSglobal+warming%7CP0%2C7%7COrightresult?lang=eng&suite=def 
.  So you can see the terms were "global warming."  However, its not 
nicely broken down like the information available for the webopac in Web 
Management Reports.
