[IUG] extracting serials checkin data=>received date

I need to figure out how to write a report via the lists that extracts the
serials checkin data.  I specifically need the received date for our
serials. 

 

Based upon:

 

Page # 100526

Page # 105760

 

I built a list where:

.         Holdings equal to periodicals

.         Item location equal to specific location

 

Then export the following fields:

.         Bib field Title

.         Holdings field Holdings

.         Holdings field Checkin Info

 

 

Seems to provide something , but the information especially in the checkin
info field is unusable. 

 

 

Any ideas?
