[IUG] Authorities - blind references

Hi All. 

Last year I took over authorities processing ftom a person who retired. He indicated to me that he did not bother deleting Blind Authorities, because they did not show up in the catalogue. When the headings report contains Blind authorities, I just delete them from the report, but leave them in the database. 

I've recently noticed that the blind references are showing in our catalogue. Two things have happened recently - we loaded WebPac Pro, and we changed our database to Unicode. 

Could either of those two events have triggered the blind references showing up? Is there any setting that says 'show only authority headings that are linked to bibs'?
