If you go deeper into the Disney ticket buying experience by actually going
to the Disney site you will read that you can use the discounted tickets 3
days "prior" to conference beginning and up to four days after the
conference ends (and of course during the conference) for a total of 14 days
of allowable usage of the discounted tickets prior to, during, and after the
IUG conference.  There are also discounted tickets for full day passes and
park "hopper" passes that you can purchase from the Disney site.

The wording on the IUG page may need to be changed because it is a little
misleading when it reads "after the conference is over."  I think the intent
or emphasis was "after the daily conference sessions are over" related to
evening discounted tickets and that the wording should be adjusted as such
to avoid any additional confusion.
