Subject: [IUG] Book Bag not working at one of our branches
We're having an issue at one branch where people cannot view their Book
Bags. After adding several items, the user will go to "View Book Bag,"
and no items at all show up.
I have tested this in our central office, and it works just fine for me.
I am using the same version of IE as the library, and changing cookie
settings does not change anything. I also had the librarian clear the
cache, as that seems to fix many things on WebOPAC, but to no avail.
I'm looking for ideas about what to look for. Clearly there's something
different between them and us, but I'm stumped as to what it would be.
