If you are talking about the redirect at [ http://library.regent-college.edu/manage ], it's the refresh meta tag in /screens/manage.html in your live directory.

On your system, it must be set to:
<META http-equiv="Refresh" content="0; URL=http://innovative.library.regent-college.edu:4448/managerep/mainview/0//?";>

Change it to:
<META http-equiv="Refresh" content="0; URL=http://library.regent-college.edu:4448/managerep/mainview/0//?";>

And you should be good to go.
