[IUG] Patron authentication problem

We're having issues with patron authentication in WebPAC PRO (R2007).

When a patron is signed in to their account, and then tries to request
an item, quite often they are asked to re-enter their information.  I
have set the MY_WEBPAC wwwoption to 3 and added ALL possible functions
(including req) to the NO_REVERIFY wwwoption.

It seems to happen regardless of what browser or ISP a patron is
using.  These problems are also affecting staff accounts.

Is there something else obvious that I'm missing?
