Re: [IUG] generating a blind headings report

Yes, that is correct. Changing the suppression codes in authority
records should do the trick. And there is no time factor involved.
Mine show up in blind headings immediately. I've done this numerous
times. This process is also described in "Cataloging cleanup projects"
on CSDirect.

Subject: [IUG] generating a blind headings report
Hi all,
Am I incorrect in thinking that changing the suppression codes on
authority
records is enough to generate a listing on a blind headings report? It
doesn't seem to be working (the report is empty but I know some of the
headings I suppressed & unsuppresed are blind.)
I checked my headings report file and it is not full, so that should not
be
the problem.
Do I need to do change suppress codes on bibs too to get the headings to
show up in my report? Or is there a time factor involved? Any insights
you
can offer are welcome!
