We are having problems with E-Reserves and Safari. In IE 6, it works fine as far as we can tell. I hadn't heard of this before until I updated to the new Safari (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:22.214.171.124) Gecko/2008120122 Firefox/3.0.5) and I gather a lot of other people did too.
The user can authenticate with their name and barcode. Then they get the media verification where they enter the password to access the pdf. I type in the password. Over and over I will get "Wrong Course Password". And then I'll be able to get the pdf to load just fine!
Does anyone have any ideas?
We also have a split screen that didn't really bother me much until today. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
