Minuteman has multiple accounting units - most of our libraries
also "print" to email. As Joshua mentions, typos in the address can
be an issue. Typos which cause bounced emails find their way to
the "bounced FTS mail" menu in your INNOPAC text based interface
(where they can be retreived/forwarded). Good luck, Bob
