[IUG] ERM Coverage Editing

We just ran into a new situation where only one user is allowed in the
Coverage Edit section of the ERM module at a time.  All others get
"locked out" .  This seems impractical to me that only one staff can
edit records at a time. 

Have others found this too?  How do you handle it when you have multiple
staff working on ERM data?

We are running Release 2007 1.2.
