Yes, our loan rule is set up that way. Oddly somethings under this loan rule bill and some do not
Yes, it does have a unique location, media second floor, but that location is covered under our location seved Main Library which is in our hours open table. Our reserve location which is also under the location served of main Library. Those items bill properly.

I recently solved a similar problem, which was caused by the loan rule "Max number of odues" being incorrect. If you have no overdues but just the bill, that number needs to be "1."

We circulate headphones on an hourly loan with similar parameters. Our notices are properly being generated. Do your headphones have a unique location code that needs to be reflected in the Hours Open Table?

We check out headphones at our information desks. We have it set up so
that they check out for 4 hours and bill after 24 hours.
However, notices are not getting sent for these items and even though
they are not being returned they are not billing. I checked a set out
to myself and let it go overdue. I never got a notice and the item has
not billed.
I checked the loan rule which seems set up fine to me. Also another
item which went out under that loan rule did bill after being overdue 24
hours.
I checked the 3 different days that the items should have been billed
and notices did go out in general.
What am I missing?
