[IUG] Jumping Highlight

Has anybody else seen this on Release 2007?

 

In circ, user searches for an item by barcode.  A record comes up, with
the specific item highlighted.  Before the librarian clicks to select
the item, the highlight moves down to the next item in the list, and if
the librarian doesn't notice this, they select the now-highlighted item
to work on and end up modifying the wrong item.

 

It's inconsistent, and I haven't been able to replicate.  I thought I'd
throw it out to the list before going to Innovative with yet another
"sometimes this happens but we can't figure out when" problem.
