Good afternoon!  You can put this into the Checkin Record "internal
note" variable field.  When you check an item in, the internal note from
the checkin field displays in the brief record display above the checkin
card!!!  Give it a try and see if that works for you!  Kind regards,

Good afternoon!  Here's a question from a newbie!

Where do you put notes that you need to see each time you check-in an
item (like "put SECURITY STRIP in", pull 5 earlier issues).  We don't
want these to be seen by the public.
