We have done the entire set up millennium and where the pc/printer set does
not have an adapter it works when the printer doesn't have the adapter.

Did you try going to "Admin" then "settings" then "print template" and apply
the right template to be used. I know we had to do this for our hold slips

We have a just gone to r2007 and many of our libraries are excited about the
new transit and hold slips. As circ desk computers were upgraded a
usb/parallel port adapter was used to connect the older parallel port on the
receipt printer to the usb port on the PC. We are unable to get these
printers to print the graphic output from millennium. Has anyone resolved
this yet?
