We had an issue after upgrading to WebPAC Pro that we could no longer access WMR. The solution was that we needed to update manage.html in Webmaster mode in the Administration client to include the correct server address. I don't know if that would fix your problem, but it's a place to look.

myself permission to "view Web Management Reports 2007", but I'm getting
a "404 not found" when I try to access them. Is there something I'm
missing?
