Good afternoon! Have you got your wwwoption: ICON_RATE_MY (
http://catalogue.londonpubliclibrary.ca/manual/rmil_patron_ratings_options.html#WEBOPAC%20ICONRATEMY%20WWWOPTION
)
set up? That seems to apply to being "logged in". I can't think of
any other that might cause the problem,,,
Kind regards, Eev

Morning,
I've been working on establishing Patron Rating on our staging server
and am stuck.
I've been through the manual. I have setup all the Patron Ratings
WWOptions.
I've checked that the ratings token is in the briefcit.html.
When I'm not logged in, I see the stars.
However, after I login (b/c it prompts me to):

1. I have to rerun my search

2. When I get the logged in search results, the ratings stars are
now gone.

Thoughts??
