Ours seem to be working fine.  We haven't been aware of any problems.
We have a group of review files set aside for this purpose, but only 3
are currently in use.

We have had featured lists for sometime now using a review file to hold 
the "list".  Last June, links to the list did not display records but 
only the message: "This record is not available" for each title in the
list.

We have had a call to III since June 4 but, other than "forwarded to 
Software Engineering for further investigation", no response.

Does anyone have else this problem using create lists?

Or should we make featured lists using another method?
