[IUG] EDIFACT Invoices with Baker and Taylor

 Hello Everyone,

We've been having a consistent issue with receiving EDIFACT invoices from
Baker and Taylor, and I'm curious if this is occuring with anyone else. We
will receive some of our invoices via FTP, but not all of them. It doesn't
seem to be a problem with a particular account, because it happens across
all of our accounts. The invoices that do arrive are perfectly normal, and I
have no problem downloading them. So far there has been no rhyme or reason
to which invoices never make it to our FTP folder. In addition, Baker and
Taylor hasn't been able to find any abnormalities either--from their end, it
appears everything has posted correctly.

Please let me know if you're experiencing this problem, and how it was
(hopefully) solved. Thanks!
