Andrew - thanks so much for the detailed troubleshooting! I was pretty
sure it would mean a call to the help desk but I wanted to do my due
diligence before I did. You have done my due diligence for me. I really

I think what you're seeing is multiple classNames; class="patFunc
on_ice" is applying two separate classNames: "patFunc" and "on_ice".
This is perfectly acceptable. However, it looks like the system should
be applying "patFuncEntry" to that table row instead of "patFunc". In
which case it's a call to the helpdesk.

Using Firebug, if I either remove the patFunc class or change it to
patFuncEntry, the display goes back to normal. Attributes applied to
on_ice don't have any effect. I don't see a CSS solution to this,
because you need the patFunc class attributes elsewhere.

If the helpdesk can't fix this, there may be a javascript solution.

(I created a temporary patron account in my name on your system to test
this; you may want to delete me. I already deleted the holds.)
