[IUG] Autocompleted bib record error form

I begin with the standard "if this has been discussed before, forgive me, I did search the archives..."


We would like an error form such that when a user is on a bib record, and sees a cataloging error, for example (misspelled word, etc...)

That they could click a button and be taken to a form where the title (and bib record behind the scenes) is automatically filled in. The patron would have the option to submit their name, email... Then click submit, and the form would be emailed to a staff member.

It seems that on first glance, I should be able to modify say pverify or some such... But not sure... How do I set the email recipient?

Is this something better done off the Innovative server... If so, how do I grab the bib record to transmit....
